Notes from author
This build is designed to see if a fat roll can be viable for pvp without the use of any spells, miracles and pyro.
Overall, it has been a success for 1 on 1 combat. It can even take out multiple opponents given the right circumstances.
Black Knight Shield: Designed to negate pyromancy (with 40+ dex). You can safely dodge spells with fat rolling easily. The shield also has wonderful stability which is important with your limited movement.
Note: This shield can be swapped out for a crest shield. (if up against DMB or spells)
Enchanted Rapier - Used for extra parry and back-stab damage. Also used to play defensively, pokes and such. The R2 gives a nice quick dash attack with complements the general slow movement that your character will have.
Moonlight Great Sword: A versatile weapon that does a lot of damage, quick swings and poise damage. The R2 is also handy for a range option and combine with with red tear-stone + the amount of defense and poise you have and you will win nearly every mash down with another character. Also, a lot of players tend to have crown of dusk, therefore their magic defense will generally be lower.
The Avelyn is for a quick response range weapon while the MLGS does a while to charge up. Combine this with red tear-stone and it can win you matches if your opponent doesn't expect it.
Notes:
- Red Tear-stone: will activate around 360LP.
- Have a backup Chaos Rapier/Claymore for GMB users.
Weaknesses:
- DWGR + Spear Users.
- Bleed weapons (hence why I have blooded red moss)
- Some magic users.
