Build based on Karmic justice like the central pillar, you throw karmic justice and then fight normally with your spells.
Karmic justice grants you an extra damage while you're blocking physical attacks with effigy.
When karmic justice hits the enemy you can heal with great heal excerpt. You only have to remember the basics for magic users in pvp, shot your spell when the rolling animation of your enemy is ending (it takes practice) , and if your stamina can't take the five hits for karmic justice, just let them hit your bodie when your stamina is gone, anyway, when karmic justice hits the enemy you wll heal yourself with great heal.
