Beatrice cosplay with a handful of improvements.
The goal of this build is dead simple: spam magic. If that fails, spam more magic, and hope for the best.
Enchanted Longsword is hella decent, and makes for a good melee option for sorcery-heavy builds. You can use the Moonlight Greatsword if you'd like, but you might have to put some extra points into END to manage fast roll. If that's okay with you, go for it.
I think it's safe to say that the Cracked Round Shield is basically terrible, so get rid of it. The Crystal Ring Shield looks awesome, and it's pretty good, despite what a lot of people might say. Be sure to back the Crystal Ring up with a Parrying Dagger, just for versatility's sake. Feel free to replace it with the Target Shield, Dark Hand, or any of the Crest Shields.
What sorcery build is complete without their beloved Bellowing Dragoncrest Ring? Since that one's a given, you're left with one ring slot, and it's a tough choice. I just picked the Speckled Stoneplate to increase elemental defense a bit, but you can use whatever you want.
Lots of ATT here, and for good reason. I chose this spell loadout just as an example, but it still looks pretty scary to me. You can use a slot or two for utility spells, such as Hidden Body or Chameleon. And, hell, Beatrice traversed the Abyss, so give her some Dark Sorcery if you want. Makes sense, I guess.
