a Havel cosplay build:
I use RoFAP because I found that havel's ring wouldn't make a difference in the roll speed.
As for the miracles, it is said in the description of Great Magic Barrier that it was used by Bishop Havel, so I would also assume that he knew at least one other miracle, It doesn't have to be great heal though...
The only problem with this build is that dex is at only 9. This is a problem because most greatswords and ultragreats require 10 dex, so those are unavailable to you. I suggest using axes for your playthrough until you come to the dragon tooth (you are a bandit, so you start with one anyways).
Additionally, the second ring is not necessary: it can be any ring you choose; however, I suggest using the cloranthy ring to counteract the negative stamina regen caused by the Havel gear
