Just a tribute to one of my favourites Game of Thrones characters, Oberyn Martell ^_^
I wanted the ninja flip for him because of the dexterity and speed he shows in the fight against Gregor Clegane, so I couldnt make him wear the Sunlight Armor, instead using the Sunlight Shield to show his house's symbol :P
The spear was the weapon used in the fight too, but since with only Rotten Pine Resin it would make him too weak I decided to have poison in the Throwing Knives instead, and use Gold Pine Resin for the Partizan +15.
I put the claw there just because it looks cool :D
Mostly leveled up vit and dex to up his survivability, and endurance to make it able to wear what he needs and still ninja flip, and also for stamina boost.
