Yes, this is viable in PvP. No, I don't want to hear your good reasons as to why it isn't, they don't matter.
Depending on your playstyle, you could change Ring of the Sun's Firstborn to the Hornet Ring. I just hope you're capable of landing a parry, since 1 miss = 1 death. I recommend Ring of the Sun's Firstborn so that you can supercharge your WotG for dealing with nearby enemies, and your Great Lightning Spear for poking people.
Most difficult part of using this build is going to be getting your Tranquil Walk of Peace off; since it only lasts 10 seconds, you need to be close to your opponent when you cast it. With any luck, you can roll-bs them or maybe even break their poise.
