This build is pretty straight forward. You're a knight of Balder, and you've cut down drakes. No big deal, just ya know, the supposed ancestors of dragons and all. Points to be made with this build... You're a knight; wearing heavy armor. You best be mid rollin'. If I see any knight of Balder fast rolling or flipping, I'm calling shenanigans. And the Ring of Steel Protection is a must. Unless you want to bring shame to cosplay builds everywhere. Here's a look into inventory! WEAPONS... Balder Side Sword Rapier Light Crossbow Buckler Balder Shield BOLTS... Any/Only bolts that deal phys. damage. I prefer Heavy Bolt. CONSUMABLES... Estus Flask Green Blossom Blooming Purple Moss Clump Go have fun being a glorious knight of Balder! Oh, and refrain from backstabs. Knights don't backstab. You can however parry/riposte with the Rapier & Buckler setup.
