Here are some things i do to modify for roll speeds
if a medium roll is more desierable:
switch out the heavy for the light crossbow
and the bloodshield for the cracked round shield.
To fast roll:
remove the wolf ring for havels
as well as the black iron gauntlets
switch out the pike for a lighter spear (or any weapon with thrusting attacks) of choice, (i used a crystal spear +5 for awhile dispite its poor range, it weighs way less and deals just as much damage as the pike) or i like to also use the barbed straight sword for the bleed and the thrusting attack it has.
it is also ideal to use Havel's great shield for the L2 buff when not using the wolf ring for poise.
