This is the basis for a Karmic Justice build. There are a number of things you can do from here:
Stack End. to block hits.
Stack Vit. for a comfortable working RTSR zone.
Keep base Vit. and hope you last.
The right hand weapon slot's MadAdjust will dictate damage. MLGS, a Pyromancy Glove or a Talisman all work. TCC gives best Adj.
