It does everything.
The armor, weapons, etc... are all samples of what you could be using. This build leaves you with a lot of options.
16/14 lets you use almost any weapon in the game. I'd recommend elemental weapons because you don't have any scaling potential, really, or +15 in conjunction with Sunlight Blade.
This build can, of course, be modified in a variety of ways. But, this build is extremely efficient in its utilization of stats.
