SL 125 build based around using Velka's Rapier & Velka's Talisman. Got interested in this type of build after seeing builds posted that are Moonlight Faith builds (Int/Faith, Velka's Talisman+WotG). This build runs Vow of Silence to combat Pursuers/Dark Bead glass cannon builds. Leo Ring is being shown, but other rings could be Hornet Ring, Wolf Ring, or Dark Wood Grain Ring. Magic Warrior's Round Shield +10 is great at blocking magic and I feel is easier to parry with; other shields with wt. up to 3.0 can be used. Armor choices were made for balanced defenses, Catarina Helm chosen because I like being an Onion Bro.
