First things first: this operation requires you to be in near death status in order to be a success. Fortunately, you should be able to avoid any contact with the enemy. Don't forget your training: blend yourself into the environment with Chameleon, and patiently wait for your prey to come within range. When the time is right, aim at your target's head with the Binoculars, then take the shot. If you miss, the mission will be a failure.
In the event you have to resort to CQC, switch out the Hawk Ring with the Hornet Ring. You have plenty of training in roll backstabs and pivot backstabs, but always go for the stealth backstab if possible.
