This is a build based on vitality and chaos weapon.
You can adjust the rings according to the weapons you're using.
The stats (20 strength, 16 dex) allow you to use a large variety of weapons.
Low scale weapons or even no scale weapons are good for this build, like the obsidian sword or the great lord great sword.
Chaos storm... i thought it was in agreement with the character.
Don't forget to make a char with red eyes and black hair is better :p
