The poise level is almost meaningless as the Dark Wood Grain Ring give you invincibility frames anyway. Homing Soul mass can hit at times and it can make your opponent do some funny dodged that will line them up with your Moonlight Greatsword. The Gravelord G-Sword is hart hitting at low stats and can cause pressure to the opponent, making them retreat in order to use a Clump, in which you can R2 them with the Moonlight G-Sword. It also helps when you're dealing with a Great Magic Barrier user.
The builds' defences are under-average bar the magic defences, but you high HP allows you to take many hits, and pretty much gives you the bulk that a 45/300 physical defence that normal builds have.
