I use this build anywhere, from tomb of giants to blighttown to lost izalith, and also kin of the first flame! F***ing awesome build i tell ya. If you can modify it to have less weigh and more poise, that would be awesome, i have encounterd falchin spammers a lot in anor londo lately.
