The first build I ever created. This build is not designed to take alot of hits but to dish out tons of damage.
Use Crystal Magic Weapon in combination with Power Within and the Dragon Body Roar for a massive increase in damage.
Go for rank +3 in the Path of the Dragon convenant for a truly powerfull roar that makes the earth shake with every vibration and makes the enemies shake in fear.
Equipment Choice

Washing Pole +15
fast weapon with incredible range. Excellent choice to harness the power of a buff like Crystal Magic Weapon.
Oolacile catalyst
to get most out of your intelligence at level 25. Otherwise go with sorcerer's catalyst.
Pyromancy flame
For Power With in. Pyromancy Flame is not required to be upgraded in this build.
Sanctus +15
To counter act the life drain effect of power within. Upgrade it for increased stability For a high stability shield I recommend the Balder Shield. For a shield with high magic def I recommend Dark Hand or Crest Shield
*Rings*
Wolf Ring
Highly recommended because outside of this, you don't have any poise whatsoever.
Dark Wood Grain Ring
For the mobility and the invincibility frames.
You could also replace the Dark Wood Grain Ring with a Red Tear Stone Ring for the huge damage buff or replace it with a Lingering Dragon Crest ring wich increases the duration of both crystal magic weapon and power within by 50%. The life drain effect of power within is also spread thin.

No armor because you're in dragon form.
