Priscilla's Dagger is for parry's if you need to and also to finish the bleed build up from the Gold Tracer. This normaly is a pure pyromancer build, weapons are there if you should run out of spell castings. You also can change the Wolf Ring with the Bellowing Dragoncrest Ring for more magical damage. Spells choosen for obvious pyro combos.
