This is a quality build capible of using almost every weapon in the game. The 38 end allows heavier weapons to be used and the dark hand keeps the weight low while providing a last ditch shield that will force me to dodge much more than I usually do.
28 Str will allow me to two hand most strength weapons and 40 Dex will give me great scaling for quality weapons and dex weapons,
