Simply put, a SL110 STR/FAI build that can also be used as a regen build. Throw on Ring of the Sun Princess before you cast Replen for ~20% more regen (that makes it 12HP/S instead of 10HP/S!). 50 FAI because why not, and a mace for amazing stunlocks and damage with decently low stat requirements. At 99 Humanity you have 398 PhysDef, which can eat up a lot of attacks while still maintaining a fast roll. 43 poise is good enough to resist katanas and other medium-sized weapons.
