The Fleshripper was once a man. Once human, the Fleshripper worked as a smith in Astora. When he became undead, the Fleshripper took a single possession with him- his sword, the Iaito. When the clerics found him they relieved him of the sword and captured him. Once in Lordran, however, the Fleshripper began to grow in power. Through soul reinforcement he was faster and tougher than he could ever imagine. The souls tainted him, turning his skin a deep blue. A beast of a man, the Fleshripper hunts other undead down mercilessly for the sake of slitting their throats and having their blood stain the ground beneath him.
He lives for the hunt.

Pretty standard dex build. You've got your katana and your offhand (which you should use when you think they're going to bleed) to slice and dice people, before switching to your Great Scythe and slicing them in half. It's a standard build.
