I left this at SL 46 because the extra 4 points could be spent in few places to give more versatility. If you want to use a katana, up the strength. If you don't want to use the lightning weapons, bump up the intelligence and use the oolacile catalyst with Great Magic Weapon. Overall the build has a lot of versatility and, in my opinion, can stand toe to toe with most higher level dueling builds.
