This is exclusively a PvE build. The lack of HP, use of Velka's and even the consideration of using the Bow as a main weapon is for a challenge. The H-Ring might be a bit overkill for PvE with a Rapier but why the hell not use it anyways? Leo ring is really just for the bow, i hear it helps with arrows, we'll see
