A devastating build for any who are unfortunate enough to encounter it's blade. Relatively slow but mobile enough to avoid spammers and capable of dishing out upwards of 2,000+ damage with a successful stunlock.
I have included a darkhand which I recommend using if you intend to create this build as it will allow you to parry as well as better defending against magic due to it's high magic resistances.
This build is intended for PvP and is not highly recommended for PvE because of it's sluggish pace, this however does not make it unuseable for PvE if a second set of weapons/armor are prepared in your inventory. With high strength and dexterity a second set up shouldn't be a difficult endeavor.
