Just an attempt to make a build made around dagger.
DWGR can be switched to any ring, but I think it suits the playstyle you'd need to adapt to while playing with a dagger. Another good option would be Leo ring, but even then, there isn't a lot of room for trading hit even with relatively high Vitality.
Armour set up could be different and much more efficient, but I felt like making a white-golden combination. Needless to say I didn't try to come up with best defensive stats.
Force is placed before black flame intentionally: You can follow up with Black Flame right after dead angles force.
Still, offensive spells are there mostly for variety. When in doubt you can put on the crown of dusk for extra damage from Pyromancy.
