A simple dex build with Leo ring attached to to it.
Witch hat is just a styling accessory, rather than a defense booser.
In some situations you can switch to a BSS or shotel, but apart from that it's pretty much a one weapon build.
(Seeing how there are so many people that like to swap weapons on the go, this may be a con.)
