This build is a good build for the story and PvP, but mostly pvp. This build utilizes the length of a washing pole to use burning damage that will last you a great deal. You also have an array of pyromancy that can be a used in array of ways, including diversions. Trading blows is the best way and perhaps the only way to use this build. This build is also tanky i a way that tradings blows isn't a problem and damage is efficiently given.
