This build is designed to be able to turtle and to tank hits. you can Turtle with the "eagle - estoc" or you can tank with the "greatsword - crossbow". I like the heavy crossbow because of its damage but feel free to use whatever you like. This build is great for PVE. be wary of PVP although the greatsword and decent poise should place you well.
