This build can use a variety of dex weapons, such as the shotel, the falchion, and the balder sword, so it can be useful both in PVE and PVP if used correctly.
The main idea is to use Power Within together with Crystal Magic Weapon to deal a huge amount of damage in close combat, with access to high damage ranged spells.
