Obsidian Greatsword provides great physical damage without raising the strength stat too high allowing for an abundance of faith. Since the sword isn't heavy the black iron armor can be worn if using Havels ring and there's still room for a black knight shield making for formidable defensive stats and the 50 faith and all of the spear miracles coupled with power within means you can cut down the toughest enemies with ease. For PvP the two handed heavy attack of the Obsidian Greatsword and the wrath of the gods miracle are extremely effective and hard to evade.
