Basic sorcerer. Capped at level 125 for PvP, but if that's not your thing feel free to put points into say, INT and ATT for access to higher spells and multiple castings.
Outfitted with Ring of Favour for a VIT and END boost. Second ring slot has DWGR by default, but you can use this slot for anything such as Wolf Ring, Hornet Ring, Cloranthy ring etc.
Equipped with DEX scaling weapons Great Scythe and Iaito on the right hand to deal out quick and heavy damage. Grass Crest Shield in the left hand allows steady stamina recovery, and a catalyst of your choice for casting.
Attune HCSM to have a constant guard up, and Crystal Magic Weapon to give your blades an extra boost. Dark Bead and two castings of Soul Spear give you enough distant firepower to last most duels.
Be wary of getting stunlocked.
Decent build for a balance of PvP, PvE and co-op.
