For hackers that can be bled. Havel's is optional, if you're comfortable with mid-rolling you can put on a ring of choice. This is made from my pre-built setup, but the weapons I chose after the build itself was made. Just some variety from Gold Tracer R1 spam :P And, for those wondering about my "Gank Crusher" build, it is just a joke, but can actually be used in the right environment.
