Intended as a fun, thematic build for use in the Blight town swamps, as such this build is not min-maxed. The swamps are filled with NG+ players, and I've never had difficulty invading there with this build.
The STR stat of a character receives a 1.5x boost when two handed, allowing a character with 27STR to inflict damage equal to that of a character with 40STR. In this build, 28STR is given so that the large club can be used one handed when needed.
The END stat may seem a couple levels too high, but this is to allow for the use of a Greataxe with fast roll (removal of the plank shield is required).
Other weapons you can use with this build: Man-Serpent Greatsword, Great Club, Greataxe. Maybe a couple more I can't remember at this moment.
Toxic the enemy, poison them, crush them with your weapon and defend the swamp!
