as the title says this is how the dragon items from path of the dragon should be used. pyromancy is for the dragons breath an is the only thing I use that doesn't have anything to do with the coven or item's I just use as a imitation for the dragon head stone and is used for pve an pvp. doesn't need weapons to do damage that's what to dragon fists and torso stone is for. so what if the fists have a very short range this is the point at which player skills begins. patience is the key with this build.
