As the name implies, the best way to be effective with this build is to use it to dead angle and bleed enemies out.
The Murakumo can do the wild dead angling, while the Gold Tracer bleeds and punishes turtles.
The Leggings of Thorns help to prevent backstabs, and becomes even more effective if you're using the Gold Tracer.
58 Poise ensures that the only single-hit attack that can stunlock you is a two-handed Ultra Greatsword, Greataxe or Great Hammer R1.
Composite bow punishes healers and any other attacks/spells that take some time to activate.
Heater shield is for easy parrying.
Its weakness? You can only two-hand the Murakumo. You'll have to be good at either dodging or switching between shield and two-handing if you want to avoid damage.
