Nothing to say about this one, just a regular low lvl trolling build (though I use it to hunt down anyone from SL10~713, idc).
Swap the chaos weapon for a normal one and your ascended flame for a basic flame if you want to fight lower players on somewhat equal terms.
When fighting high level players use chaos weapons for backstabs and use black flame immediately.
The slow casting speed due to low dex will make you hit him the second he gets up if you cast black flame the moment you're out of the backstab animation (switch from shield to pyro flame > cast black flame).
