Step 1 - go to the Demon ruins/Lost izalith.
Step 2 - use chameleon to turn you into one of the statues.
Step 3 - use fire surge while moving (this way it doesn't break your chameleon form) to burn down all your opponents.
Its level 80 as that's a good level for getting demon ruin's invasions.
Note the fat roll doesn't matter as all roll speeds have the same movement speed while in chameleon form, and the ridiculous poise stops you getting stunned and knocked out of chameleon form.
