He was brought to a dark world where there is only darkness.A few moments later a creature appears from the darkness.
He shows the kid his magic and tells him to work for him if he wants to learn these spells. The kid thinks for a little bit then accepts.
The creature imbues his wand with its dark magic and his standard sorcerer catalyst becomes a crooked giant staff that he barely can lift like his shield
The creature tells him to cast a spell that he knows and he casts homing soulmass...but wait it took much longer to cast it and now its all darkness that floats above him.
He tries out soul spear and that takes long to cast as well but now its a big blob of darkness.
He gets hungry and eats his elizabeth's mushroom...but wait it wasn't boiled well enough so he got sick! He immediately tries casting remedy but wait it casted a dark cloud of poison! ''OH NO!'' he says and gets poisoned. The creature tells him to drink his divine blessing which cures you of any status effect and heals you to full in dire situations so he does that and now he's okay once again! The kid was stunned by the creature's wisdom.
Now to come to another spell... he tries to imbue his weapon with great magic weapon...He breaks his sword with a bead of darkness!
The creature tells him that this wand only destroys and tells him that last spell he cast was the most powerful of all in close range! If he tried to cast strong magic shield on his shield the same thing would happen he said.
The kid trains in the abyss with the creature in dark magic and when he's done he's given a new sword and a shield that he can now lift easily... He's confused how can he lift that giant shield so easily!? The creature explains to him that dark magic converts your dexterity to strength the more you use it, that's why the dark magic was so slow to cast. But it gets stronger with more strenght!
