A Forest Hunter build. It has a good amount of health for its level. That's good, since you'll be having a lot of 2v1 fights.
The GBH is useful since it does high damage, stuns easily, and has low stat requirements. It's not unusual to stun people on your first hit. Attacks use low stamina, so you can get a hit chain going pretty easily. A lot of people in the forest don't know how to toggle escape.
TWOP is for when you spawn from a distance. Cast it and make sure you kill at least one person before it runs out. It's very easy to poise BS with.
You have 76 poise. That means you'll be able to tank a hit from every r1 attack in the game. Don't be afraid to trade blows, you'll probably win.
