Depending on your style of being an assassin you could change the rapier to something else. You could also change the magic to something the Princess Dusk sells. If you come up against someone wielding a great sword i think it is a good idea to change Wolf Ring to Dark Wood Grain Ring since the Wolf Ring won't do shit against a weapon that does 53 poise dmg when you'd only have 40. Play with the build, see what works for you, i think this build could easily be made better.
Note: It's probably a good idea to take wolf ring off if you are using fog ring or hidden body, use slumbering dragoncrest ring.
