At level 30 you should invade either Lower Undead Burg, The Depths, or Blighttown for players near your level. SL 30 is the lowest level you should be with this build. You are encourage to increase the stats to your preferred SL. This is a cosplay. It may not be as good as builds that are purely built for PvP, but I tried my best to make it okay for it. Wolf Ring is my suggestion, but that can be exchanged for another ring of your choice. Iaito can be exchanged for the Chaos Blade. The bow can be exchanged for anything really. The spells are what I recommend; they seemed closest to what his abilities are in the video games, but I had a hard time trying to figure out the best spells to use. The items are also my recommendation; you could use all Poison Throwing Knives, all regular Throwing Knives, or whatever else you prefer. The Balder Armor could be used for sleeveless top, but you would have to increase endurance for Ninja roll. However, I recommend sticking with the Shadow Garb.
