a true tarkus build would fat roll and feature no range, no magic. i gave my tarkus the strength bow for situation that might require range. and yes know there are a few extra points in endurance, thats in case you want to put something in the last hand slot, like a pyro flame or a talasman to cast base level miracles like force. mid roll tarkus is best tarkus.
