If you cannot figure it out, this build is meant for you to take a blow, while you are casting a fireball.
While they are in the attack animation which you just eat, they are vulnerable for a fireball which they can't avoid.
I might add that this build is not fully complete, imo. But it's the general idea that you trade blows.
