darkmoon blade is not needed but if you want 2.5x more damage ( none the less ) i would go with it, unless you are willing to kill Gwyndolyn.
weapon, you can use anything just make sure that you are able to one and it due to the low poise. if you choose RING OF FAVOR AND PRTECTION, OR HAVEL'S RING, then you will be able to get a swing off before your poise being broken..
armor, the armor is up to you pretty much. like i said if you use chester's armor be sure to be able to time each roll correctly. if you change it an it does have poise i'll say to possibly put on HAVEL'S RING, OR RING OF PROTECTION. only because you'll be able to roll within your armor set. if you use this for pvp be sure to stay within the middle or fast roll section or they will be able to hit you.
now the spells is up to you, i know miracles are just buffs but they are fun to play with, well in my opinion, so choose which miracles you would like to use.
you can toss in a pryromancy flame and anything a long the line for extra spells and fun.
