I recommend ring swapping and weapon swapping frequently. This build is especially horrifying like all no-rofap build due to the ability to have DWGR and Hornet ring at your disposal. For late game where you're below 20%, swap the Hornet for Red Tearstone.
Your strategy is like any high level turtle build. You seek to punish your opponent, and look for the backstab when available. If you want to change things up, remove the eastern gauntlets for potential to swap to Quelagg's Fury Sword or a Demon Spear. I highly recommend having a backup Chaos Rapier +5 as well.
