Back when the samurai existed, they commonly dual-wielded blades; a shorter one in their offhand, and a longer standard one in their dominant. This was a powerful display of a samurais skill with the blade; and thus was incorporated into this build, given how this is a wanderer and not a battle ready samurai, his clothing is light but his will his strong. Only truly skillful players with aggressive play styles can master this type of build.
