Lifehunt Scythe Build with bleed resist and 80 poise, mid roll. This is mostly because of the dark set fitting the weapon so nicely. You can also go with gold-hemmed set for that matter if you don't care about poise that much and get fast roll or even ninja flip, although that would reduce your poise to 0.
This build, however, has 1666 health which is pretty badass.
