Shiva of the East, viable in both PvP and PvE. As in all my character based builds, this character uses only weapons and armor that the actual character uses. Rings are your call. If you amp his endurance to 48 and use Havel's ring you can fast roll (if combined with RoFaP). If you leave him with the Wolf ring, he has the poise to tank a single two handed power attack. Your call. Both are effective in their own way.
