Velka the Pardoner. Before I continue, yes... I do realize that Velka was the goddess that the Pardoner's worked for, however I also believe that she was the Original Pardoner, so this build is based on that concept. This build is viable for both PvP and PvE, however will take great skill to use as it has literally no poise. As with all my character based builds, this utilizes only her equipment aside from rings. I placed the dark wood grain ring on this build to compensate for the overall lack of poise using invincibility frames. You could also use the wolf ring to jack your poise up to 40. I just think part of the fun is not getting hit. Use Karmic Justice as a pre buff to avoid getting stun locked, just in case. Enjoy.
