Black Iron Tarkus. As with all my builds, this character based creation is made using only his own weapons and armor and is viable in both PvP and PvE. I am not a fan of fat rolling. Hate it. Too slow. I crunched my Tarkus up to medium roll speed, however I understand that he is a fat roller as an NPC, so if you wanted to be a fatty, change Havel's ring to something that suits your needs. I personally suggest the ring of steel protection, but it is ultimately up to you. I do not suggest the Wolf ring, because he already has the required poise to handle a two handed power attack from an ultra great sword (76)
