Havel the Rock. As always this character build uses only his own equipment. He is viable as a PvE character primarily, however barely passes for a PvP character as well. This build is terrible. It can deal out damage and can take a hit, but the part of it that should just be dropped in the fires of mount doom is the dragon's tooth. This weapon is a steaming pile of great club and should be put down like the rabid creature it initially came from. It swings slowly, has barely any variation in attack pattern and can be parried extremely easily. The only redeeming quality it has is that it can crush opponents unlucky enough to get hit by a power attack, into the dirt. It just lays 'em out. That being said, the rest of the build is actually pretty good. It has obscene poise, to the point that most enemies will likely never break it in either PvP or PvE and Havel's shield is one of the most stable in the game. His magic resistance is also through the roof, thankfully because he sure as heck isn't dodging most attacks. Good luck to those of you with the huevos to PvP as Bishop Havel. You will need it. Word of Warning: Keep enemies at the edge of your massive range, the biggest issue with this guy is actually being backstabbed, not parried. If you miss with his heavy weapon, you will over extend and leave yourself open to a back related beating.
